General Objective
To develop and validate an innovative social catering model that promotes access to healthy and sustainable food, and improves the social and labor integration of vulnerable people within the POCTEFA program.
Specific Objectives
- Definition of an innovative and sustainable model for social inclusion through catering
- Definition of menus and diets, their sustainability and environmental impact, and the distribution network
- Implementation of pilot projects for inclusive and sustainable catering
- Ongoing and comprehensive evaluation of the social integration and environmental sustainability capacity of the pilot projects for inclusive catering
- Optimization and transfer of the inclusive catering model.
