Over the last few years, various experiences have been carried out related to the use of precision technologies and tools for the agricultural and livestock sector in the Basque Country, which have shown the need to continue to deepen in this area.

This project aims to develop actions to facilitate the transfer of new technological developments to the agri-food sector and to support the definition of its technological innovation strategies.

To this end, it focuses on the problems generated by wildlife, and especially on predation events caused by wolves, and technologies developed specifically to facilitate the coexistence of extensive livestock farming in open pasture areas.

The concurrence of different agents from the primary sector in this project, from different fields, represents a unique opportunity to provide a boost to the use of technological tools in the Basque Country.
