AGENDA 5TH MARCH: IVth AKIS Forum Session: Presenting the Potato Sector Plan

On 5 March, the Arkaute Campus will host a new edition of the AKIS Forum, a space dedicated to knowledge transfer and innovation in the agricultural sector. On this occasion, the conference will focus on the presentation of the R&D&I Plan for seed potatoes, a strategic tool for addressing the challenges facing the sector.
This meeting is part of the Basque Government’s effort to develop sectoral plans that respond to the current needs of agri-food agents. The AKIS (Agricultural Knowledge and Innovation Systems) Forums are thus consolidating their position as the main platform for disseminating these plans and promoting collaboration between research and the productive sector.
During the conference, the main lines of the Potato Sector Plan will be outlined, specifically the research and development actions planned for seed potatoes, with the input of experts and a round table discussion with key representatives from across the value chain.
