General objective: Development of a digital platform that facilitates the adoption of regenerative agriculture and/or carbon agriculture practices in the Vitoria-Gasteiz area.

Specific objectives:

1. Establish an enabling environment for the decarbonization of the Vitoria-Gasteiz food system.

2. Change the mentalities and behaviors regarding the food supply of Vitorian society, through the use of information as a key enabler for modifying the decisional environment in food supply (food Choice Environment).

3. Articulate an agri-food innovation niche capable of aligning with the European contextual landscape.

4. Develop four differentiated innovation fronts:

  • Agrarian: establish highly productive farms from an agroecological and regenerative perspective.
  • Social: incorporate new agrarian agents that guarantee generational change in territorialized agri-food systems.
  • Commercial: generalize the sale of local products beyond the population ideologically close to short marketing circuits
  • Institutional: lead the transitional process ensuring multilevel and intersectoral integration

5. Condense the knowledge generated from the iterative conduct of innovation into a coherent and complete body of provisions aimed at providing the foundations for the creation of a set of public policies and a proximity regulatory package aimed at sustainable transition . of the agri-food system of Vitoria-Gasteiz and the CAPV
