General objective:
To evaluate frost defence practices.
Specific objectives:
- Bring together frost risk specialists from the SUDOE space, structure a participatory process on potentially applicable low-cost and sustainable solutions and obtain high-precision data for detailed monitoring of the effectiveness of solutions.
- Carry out pilot trials of several of the selected solutions on various crops affected by frost risk and evaluate the results from a socio-economic and environmental point of view.
- Standardise adaptation strategies to frost risk for representative crops in the Sudoe region of the Sudoe area and provide technical support to producers for their adaptation to frost risk. technical support to producers for their application.
